Born and raised in Plantation Florida where he was a four-sport athlete at South Plantation, playing lacrosse, basketball, football and track. Patrick then went to play at Coker university where he was Honorable mention All sac team in 2016. If you have social media and is in the lacrosse world, you have probably have seen his workout videos.. On and off the field he gives it his all.. We took a few months off and a lot has changed since. Season two is here and we are excited for it. No special guest on this episode, just an update on life, lacrosse and much more. Chad moved across the country while Mark made a major move in his professional career. No secret that the two are not on current rosters and they addressed that as well. Hope you enjoy!!

On this episode, Chad and Mark decided to have a question/answer segment where they had people email or DM questions they would like to ask. This was a fun one and what an incredible first season. Mike Diggs AKA Diggstape played his lacrosse at Saint Vincent College, where he was named a captain his senior year. Mike exploded in the lacrosse world through his creative videos where he would commentate over highlights or bloopers. He then realized how valuable his content became and now is one of the most famous guys in the sport. We talked about social injustice and the backlash that comes with speaking up as well as his everyday life that is not onscreen. Mike gave us nothing but himself and we appreciated every second of it. This was a fun podcast and you immediately see how contagious Mikes vibes are. We hope you enjoy, lacrosse is lucky to have someone like him.

We were lucky enough to have one of the world’s best lacrosse players join our show. Kylie Ohlmiller who was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She played her college lacrosse at Stony Brook where she was a 4x All-American, a 2x Tewaaraton Finalist, a 2x America East Conference Offensive Player of the Year, and the NCAA Record Holder for both Single-Season and Career Points and Assists. She is now a member of the Women’s professional lacrosse league. While her accomplishments are eye popping, how she got to where she is, is even more interesting. She is a grinder who wants to elevate and impact the game in every way she can. Not recruited by the schools she dreamed of gave her a chip on her shoulder. Her college coach told her from the start of her career, “you have the ability to be special” and she’s now considered a goat. We spoke about scheduling, goals, regrets and more. This was an unbelievable podcast and the game of lacrosse is truly in good hands!

Chazz Woodson Played his lacrosse at Brown University where he was a 2x Ivy League selection. He was then drafted by the lizards in 2005 MLL draft, 19th overall. Chazz then had a great 10 year run where he became one of lacrosse most exciting player to watch. He now is the Head Coach at Hampton University, where they are lacrosse only division one HBCU. We hit on a lot of things during his show a few of them being his journey, racism, recruiting at an HBCU and plenty more. Hampton has the man with the plan. Could not have gotten a better fit!
