On today's episode, we're revisiting some of our guests' most embarrassing stories! The types of situation that leave you little choice but to laugh in the face of them!
First up, we have Dave Berry and Alex Zane, who were left red-faced in the workplace a few times – starting with a post-breakfast drink with Liam Gallagher, then an eventful New Year's Eve with Elton John and finishing up with a toe-curling chat with Burt Reynolds. We also have Daisy May Cooper who tells us how an underwhelming trip to the job centre left her feeling humiliated and defeated, but ultimately pushed her to fight even harder for the career of her dreams. And last but not least, Sophie Ellis-Bextor tells us about the time she was presumed pregnant and had to send an awkward but necessary email to correct the narrative... which she accidentally copied her mum into!

Kundenrezensionen
I want to be Kate‘s friend
I have recommended this podcast to several friends already. I like the format, the guests have been a mixture of people I’ve grown up with and new interesting people but all interesting. What sets this apart though is Kate‘s authenticity - she comes across so well: well-researched, displays empathy in bucket loads as she shares anecdotes with her guests, funny and caring. I’ve often looked at insta photos of her boozy lunches with her girl gang and thought „I’d like a bit of that“ but now I’m convinced of it! It’s also been a tonic in the absence of being able to get together with my girlfriends through the pandemic! Thanks Kate x
