Kiki and the Quads with Natalie Maree

Kiki and the Quads with Natalie Maree

Multiple births always attract attention and there is generally a great deal of fascination about the concept of more than one baby being born at the same time. But for parents of quadruplets, their initial responses can be far from what can be called exuberance, at least in the early stages. The practicalities of raising four babies to adulthood can seem utterly overwhelming, which is why experienced parents of higher-order multiples (HOM) say it can help to just take things slowly at first and to allow the news to settle in, one steady day at a time.

In this week's podcast episode, Guest host Jenny will be speaking with Natalie Maree, the incredible mom of infamous Kiki and The Quads.

She and her husband Kahn were then overjoyed when they fell pregnant with daughter Kiki and became parents two years ago. But the pair were even more shocked when Natalie was told she was expecting quadruplets last year.

Now, the mum-of-five regularly shares life updates on her Instagram account where she details life as a mum to five kids under five. Natalie has kept her followers updated as she's debunking myths on ‘post-baby body bounce back’.

Join us in this amazing episode when we talk everything about fitness, motherhood and self-care!

Social Media Content Calendar with Nicole Montgomery

Social Media Content Calendar with Nicole Montgomery

In today’s digital world, spending time on social media has become almost second nature for many professionals and firms. (If that doesn’t sound like you, it’s time to reconsider and get on the social media bandwagon.) It's no mystery that social media is a crucial part of any marketing strategy -regardless of industry, company size, product, or service.

With just a few clicks of the keyboard, we’re able to send out a tweet or share content to our LinkedIn connections.

However, despite the immediacy and near-routine nature of social media, professional services firms interested in getting the most out their social media marketing still need to plan ahead—with a social media content calendar.

Instead of focusing on quick posts and wins, content calendars help you to focus on long-term strategy. Organising the framework of a content calendar and determining content pillars helps you to identify the type of content and when it needs to be posted. A well thought out and organised social media calendar can help to define your content themes and posting cadences to match each social platform’s audience and objective.

In this week's podcast episode, Nicole will walk you through creating and planning your social media content calendar.

If the thought of building a social media calendar seems like a daunting task, don’t worry. Once you have everything in one place, you’ll wonder how you ever operated without it.

The importance of the entrepreneurial mindset with Richard Crawford Small

If you have ever had a feeling in the pit of your stomach — that you are meant to do something bigger, more meaningful, and all yours — you are an entrepreneur. You just need to learn to think like an entrepreneur.

Much of the conversation about entrepreneurial growth narrows in on sales objectives, hiring the right talent and other similar objectives. It is about an inherent need to improve your skillset and to try and try again.

Five botched surgeries; Real story of Katherine Hanna

Five botched surgeries; Real story of Katherine Hanna

Katherine Hanna, turned to surgery to fight the flab after her weight reach more than 266lbs. However, she was forced to undergo four separate gastric ops between 2011 and 2018 after one saw the wrong portion of stomach removed and another caused such severe acid reflux that she was barely able to eat.

Despite the horrifying ordeal, the nurse was delighted to drop more than 126lbs but was then left with rolls of loose skin that clung to her petite figure.

She resorted to taking equity out of her home in a desperate final attempt to 'correct' her body, forking out more than $20,000 on a full-body lift and breast implant surgery in India.

But the surgeries were 'botched' again - leaving Katherine with folds of loose skin dangling from the bottom of her newly-implanted breasts. As well as being devastated over her 'ugly' breasts, Katherine says her body is riddled with a road map of scars, and she has suffered a painful infection in her arm and a fist-sized lump in her stomach.

Katherine is now warning others of the unwanted consequences of surgery.
