Around 20 minutes of pure chaotic neutral. Mildly focused around tennis, books, TV shows, outside, and food. Not really anything in particular if that's what you're wondering. Comedic takes on stumble-upons through my oddly abnormal, regular life. Always looking for guests to help spruce up some of my sappiness so send your/your friends'/your family/some seemingly non-threatening homeless person you just met/your pets my way and we'll all have a great time! CVW ep. 18 - Are You Ready?

Ready? OKAY! No but for real, this dog is ready to be adopted and his name is Ready. I barely even scratch the surface of that craziness because I just want this dog to get a nice lil place by the bay. Ready is a top-notch, 11-year-old bulldog with some love to give. I don't have the ability to give this pups a home so I'm spreading some awareness if anyone out there is looking to adopt a bulldog. I also briefly talk about my upcoming absence from CVW, but I will post one of the episodes here, early, before I leave and the following episode will come out when I get back. I will do scheduled releases for the videos on YT, so if you're trying to sneak a peek at the following episode stay updated with my channel. Otherwise enjoy! And adopt!

CVW ep. 17 - Will Novak Be The New Fed?

CVW ep. 17 - Will Novak Be The New Fed?

Hello, hello! ¡Hola! We're on the fifth episode now! Alright, no more U2 references. This episode really shows my mixed feelings on Novak's (more likely than not at this point) claim of the Tennis Kingdom. He has done so many great things to bring him to where he is now, but he will never be recognized as the same, dominant player Federer or Nadal was due to his being behind the two for so long. Most of his big accomplishments are coming close to what appears to be (but hopefully isn't) the end of their primes/careers, and it takes a lot of the wind out of the sails knowing how close it was to two legendary players who are just starting to turn towards their later stages. His career record across all tournaments and surfaces against them started off poorly, but his longevity has allowed him to overtake both head-to-head career records. He has now won all the majors multiple times where Fed and Rafa are one Major short (Fed - Roland Garros; Rafa - Australian), but he lost his "primetime" matchups ('07 USOF - Fed; '09 USOSF - Fed; '10 USOF - Rafa; all RGF - Rafa;) when both players were still considered either prime or on the rise. Djokovic did have great years once the double digit years came around ('10-'19), but it was largely him capitalizing on Fed and Rafa upsets or injuries. What does help show that all 3 are incredible tennis players and humans too, neither Fed nor Novak have won a Roland Garros title against Rafa. No matter what, I'm not necessarily excited about Djokovic being the new "Title King", but I definitely respect what he does and what he's had to go through to get here.

CVW ep. 15 - If I Could Only Go To 3 Major Slams? I'd Be Happy.

Hey hey! So the grass court season came and went, and my time to comment on it should have done the same. But in 2021 anything is possible, so I'm gonna talk about this old stuff. It is 99% a rant about why I dislike "the most prestigious major", but I showcase my new haircut with that milk-fat 1% (which I just realized I didn't mention in the YT description because I got too heated about Wimbledon)! This is finally a good time to check out the YT! No more ugly, acorn-head! More videos coming this week, so stick around and enjoy!

CVW ep. 14 - What Happened There...?

CVW ep. 14 - What Happened There...?

Hey! Are you sitting there wondering what happened during the odd hiatus from CVW? Well wonder no longer! My area has just recently begun reopening to (almost) regular functionality, but more specifically, my place of work has started this process as well. I have been helping a large restaurant shift from a to-go-only service back to a regular dine-in-and-to-go place of business. That along with great weather, an odd ambition to improve my tan and serve simultaneously, and a hatred of hearing myself say the same thing more than however many times is necessary have all led me to focus more on staying sane rather than proving my insanity publicly. Now that I feel more stable however, I will be picking this shindig back up (almost) where I left it, and will keep the energy at a solid 77%. Just where we like it.

If you're feeling adventurous, feel free to check out the video version of any of these episodes HERE!

CVW ep. 13 - Five Weeks Off, Five Eps Comin'

CVW ep. 13 - Five Weeks Off, Five Eps Comin'

Howdy ho! Took a short break to recuperate my thoughts after such a terrible predictive streak (but actually just hate editing in the heat), but I am back with a fury. I tackle the NHL Playoffs (current issue), the French Open (almost too current), how rough the first stage of Canadian lockdown is (technically the most current), and the heat (I've adapted) in this crazy episode to bring the swing back. This is the last of the nearly 30 minute episodes as I can't stand how long I was listening to myself, I will be dropping the second camera along with the time to help alleviate the editing process. A new episode will be coming out each day this week and will be increasingly more and more up to date! Thanks for listening and feel free to check out the YT if you think your stomach can handle it!

CVW ep. 12 - Oui Hab to Leaf Now - Cam's Varied Week

CVW ep. 12 - Oui Hab to Leaf Now - Cam's Varied Week

Sir Lake Ontario reaped his karma on me this past week through the French Open's unreadable draw, online gambling services declining my money, and a first round that has made my love for clay only that much more peculiar. David Goffin gives himself up to another Italian boy in the first round, he can't even wait three days like a classy broad. Luckily, he is not lonely at all! 13 total matches (of the 42 that had been played before filming started) were incorrectly called by me, and more (10) followed in the remaining round! I should be thanking the fact that I can't gamble, but I love the thrill too much to be appreciative. My top choice has shifted from Nadal to Tsitsipas because the upsets favor Stefanos' side more than the Nadal/Federer/Djokovic power-half of the draw. Aslan Karatsev has a fairly open draw as well, but I don't think he's as under-the-radar as he was at the Australian Open. The NHL Playoffs also added to my list of stressors by dragging the Maple Leafs to a Game 7 they were less than excited about, which featured a Carey Price who could've stopped the zamboni going through its doors the way he was playing. The Habs will try to help Carey Price more in the next series, but somehow Winnipeg can only beat teams above them so it could be a very French spring. Wanna see the sweet hair (and it's spot-on comparison), check out the YT!
