Dan has his 2nd paycheck and is using the same method - save, invest in retirement funds, and have fun. He also tells us about his favorite rides in Busch Gardens, Williamsburg. Mama Moment is a time for true confession - fears, worries, being torn in different directions between Dan's needs and the needs and wants of the other children.

Dan and CJ introduce themselves. Dan is on the spectrum and loves to travel. He just got his first job and hopes he is investing his money correctly. CJ is the mom and along for the ride.

When I moved into cohousing I wanted to have a podcast about it. My neighbor had also recently moved in and has a successful podcast on another topic. He showed me the ropes and let me do a  short interview with him. Maybe someday I'll call him back for that follow up I planned to do.  He talks about why he moved in and what he thinks after a few months.  

I read a book years ago called Living Happily Ever After--Separately   by    Lise Stryker Stoessel
So I am very happy to interview her about her book and living in two houses and keeping her marriage flourishing. I asked how that may work at cohousing and found out she has looked into that herself. Enjoy a great conversation!
