Expect a lot hip mobilising, a lot of squats, a funky sun salutation breath, and several rounds of incrementally deepening standing poses and binds to teach you to work incrementally and compassionately with your body. We'll work up to bound half moon with a strap! (All Levels/60 Minutes)
