In this episode of Hudson All-Inclusive, we are visited by Mikala Larsen. Mikala first set her feet at Nestlé in 2009 and has since 2016 acted as Head of Nordic HR. Mikala comes with + 15 years of experience within various HR positions, and together with Mikala, we dive into the thoughts and visions that have shaped Nestlé's diversity journey. We gain insight into the challenges that can arise on a journey like this and how to create a common understanding of the importance of D&I and which experiences Nestlé has taken with them throughout the years.
