Inspiration & motivation
Johns podcast help me to get my motivation back on track. I work as a meeting booker. My job is to cold canvas every single day to book meetings for my sales rep. I lost my motivation because I could not see the purpose of cold calling 150-200 people per day to only book a few meetings. I was about to quit the job, after only a few months, to go back to work in a supermarket. Luckily, I found this podcast. Johns tips & tricks about setting goals, both long term goals and short term goals, for where you want to be in life, both in your carriere and in your life, helped me to go from no motivation to be the best meeting booker of September. My long term goal is to get a promotion to be a sales rep. I started to set small goals every day and week and it truly helps because it creates a bigger purpose of why to work hard every day. I truly recommend everybody who works in the sales industry to take the time to listen to what John got to say. You will not regret it.
