Each week we will bring you relevant topics that we feel will be impacting men’s mental health or wider topics that we believe have an effect on men's mental health.
Our goal is to make talking about mental health as a man become a natural thing. We hope that by calling out and discussing the latest events it will help men realise they aren’t alone and are one of many.
We will also be trying to give our best advice to help solve the problems that you’re facing with your mind. Please send us what is troubling you and we will do our best to give sensible, productive advice.
And finally, as we believe in the importance of sharing your mental health, each week we will share the highs and lows from our week. We would also love to hear about your highs or lows and get you involved in the show.
This is a show for men to switch off to and hopefully encourage you to start talking and thinking about your mental health.
Enjoy!

Guest Interview: Susie Aitken - Talking All Things S.H.I.T

Guest Interview: Susie Aitken - Talking All Things S.H.I.T

We’re back with another fantastic guest. This week we’re joined by Susie Aitken, the brains behind the campaign ‘It’s ok to feel S.H.I.T’. Susie talks through what she does, famous ambassadors, and her story of dealing with mental health in the 90s.
Dare we say it but it’s almost educational!. Filled with tips for starting a conversation, the importance of listening, and what more should be done in schools to tackle mental health earlier. We then lower the tone by mentioning Huggy’s now-infamous playlist.
Susie then shares what she believes ‘good’ mental health is and how she maintains this through life's ups and downs. And AGAIN we lower the tone, with Huggy discussing his love of high heels. He does love a stiletto to be fair to the lad.
A brilliant guest with great insight and we hope you learn something new - we certainly did! You can check out the work Susie does here https://sohappyintown.com/product/its-ok-to-feel-s-h-i-t-tee-white-small-logo-men/
