Seeds of Matariki: Hikooterangi Curtis
Hiko is the youngest tāne Māori competing in Crossfit in the elite mens division. He recently competed inTorian Pro which is the best of the best in Aotearoa and Australia, which was his second time making it. His main focus this year was being Māori and utilising the aspect of whānau and mātaraunga Māori.
Hiko also shares how his whānau incorperate the Maramataka and how they come toegther to celebrate during Matariki. Hiwa i te Rangi is one of the 9 stars of Matariki who is linked to dreams and aspirations. Hiko speaks into his process as an athelete to achieve the goals he has set for himself.

After a 13 month hiatus the Planting Seeds Podcast is back and man it feels good!
