"From the city of apples to the big apple"

Somewhere in the Indonesian suburb at a very small home shared by seven people, lay a little boy staring at the roof. He had a simple dream, which was a bed of his own. With the speck of hope and thirst for knowledge, he paved his way to success despite his despairing financial situation. Soon after enjoying the fortunes that life could offer, in his spacious apartment of New York City, he longed to be back to his small home at the foot of a mountain and embrace the morning dews.

What can we learn from this little boy? 

This is about a woman who, despite her seemingly happy life, is actually "lost".
