Cloud has been a topic for more than a decade and it doesn't seem to be something that is about to go away. The enterprises have to relate to cloud providers and it is not something that is just a maybe.
In this episode we are diving into the major cloud providers, hyperscalers, where we focus on companies that already have decided to have a footprint in cloud and are addressing how we get a footprint and how we make it sustainable. We address four main aspects; how many cloud providers, which ones, how do we build and how do we govern.

Today's topic is digital transformation along with what goes with it. We have now talked about digital transformation for decades and it seems like that it keeps being something that is important.
We are looking into what a digital transformation is, why it is important different aspects from our perspectives on the digital transformation. There are many aspects to consider but the harder ones are not necessarily addressed head on - we are discussing the angles that could be taken on these.

To which extend should digital assets be reused? - an optimization that can save lots of development hours or maybe quite the opposite!

Logically, why don't we reuse everything? It is already build and pretty much fit for purpose but we tend to not always reuse nor design for reuse upfront - and the reasons for this mechanism are manifold!

We are in this episode discussing the concept of reusability in an enterprise and are diving into what barriers might exist in an organization and why reusability can be tricky along with what we can do to work with these barriers rather than just giving up.

At the core of it, reuse drives culture and efficiency which means that it is something we all need to decide upon rather than just letting it flow.

“It’s a tech decision” - well that is far from the truth! - Selecting, or de-selecting, programming languages for an enterprise of a given size, IS a business decision. It WILL affect how a company performs, how it reacts and how it can evolve.
The decision as such is not trivial nor simple, but it is a decision that should be made rather than accepted. What to base the decision on, can be many thing, but it has to be conscious:
