The Unbreakable Connection Between Sioux Falls and the Dominican Republic Beyond the Village

There’s a side of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, you’ve never seen before. For years, a number of Sioux Falls residents have been faithfully serving the impoverished communities in the Dominican Republic.
