Matt and Gus are without a guest this week and catching up on current events and future plans as we bring April to a close. 
On this Episode.... Matt and Gus talk about some updates regarding the "carnivore diet" and Gus gives a breakdown of what the first week and a half has been like for him eating only animal based foods. The guys talk about the recent debocle involving an America who's facing 12 years in prison in a Turks and Caicos prison after accidentally leaving 4 rounds of hunting ammunition in his bags. Matt and Gus talk about the whiskey class we did a couple weeks ago where we had the opportunity to pair some great whiskies with Girl Scout Cookies while also raising some money for some great charity and help our friend Phillip all at the same time! Finally, amongst a fow other topics the guys dive into the art of pairing whiskey with different kinds of foods.

Matt and Gus are joined again by John Schieder to catch up on his sailboat adventures after choosing to to leave it all behind on a farm and take to the seas, hunting and fishing along the way.
On this Episode: John Schnieder is classic outdoorsman, hunter, angler, food enthusiest and general down to earth good guy. He's set out on an epic quest to sail to his ancestral home of Scotland, and to find his forever person along the way. John is currently in the Pacific Northwest on his 28 foot Newport Sailboat. Her name is "Vie Sauvage" and he is fixing her up, preparing to begin the journey. His plan is to sail down the west coast and through the Panama Canal. Then he'll travel up the eastern seaboard of the United States and then across to Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands and finally Scotland. Matt and Gus chew the fat over the Wyoming wolf incident, a Yellowstone Bourbon giveaway for a trip to Yellowstone National Park and some foresight into the coming whitetail season based on some recent tough decisions.
Topics Discussed: Cody Roberts, 42, captured an injured wolf after hitting it with his snowmobile and paraded it around a local bar before killing. Yellowston Bourbon, World Playground, and Under Canvas have partenred up to give away a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore teh breathtaking wonders of the Yellowstone National Park. Matt's plans for hanging out at the Monday After the Masters party over the weekend.
