In this episode I will be speaking to Muzna Rahman about her research into baking through the lockdown. We will cover:
• The practical reasons why some people have turned to bread baking in lockdown
• As well as the more psychological reasons for an increase bread baking, including fantasies about post-apocalyptic survival
• And how by baking bread and posting our baked creations online, we can feel less alone during a time of social distancing
