Hi! My name is Oscar Frias and Welcome to Let Me Help You Move show, This is Episode 1.

* If you are just looking for a home with out a Pre approved letter from a bank. Is like walking into the mall without a wallet. What is the point right? Is a waste of your time.
* You never know when you can afford a bigger and better house or sometimes you have to scale down and look at smaller and less pricier houses.
* Always contact a Real Estate agent to represent you. A buyer’s agent in the United States is always paid by the seller.
* It will make the home buying experience more enjoyable and easier when you have a professional by your side through the whole process.
* Finally, Always buy within your means. You
