Chakradance combines  psychology and the wisdom eastern philosophies through Jung’s work, spontaneous dance, sound, and creativity. 


Also, as an Award Winning Coach I help High Achievers who are sleep walking, stressed out  and close to a burnout trying to juggle a demanding career and a family life.  I help them to transform their life to bring inner peace, calm, meaning and a more fulfilled life. Stop existing start living. 


My own journey of healing and transformation from a debilitating eating disorder combined with the innate desire to create a better world on the values of compassion, peace, happiness and meaning led me to be here today. Reiki Healer, Licensed Chakradance Facilitator following a successful career as an insurance professional.
