‘चक्रसृष्टि’ श्रव्यचिन्तनमा चक्रका बारेमा विवेचना गरिएको छ। क्रियते अनेन अर्थात् शक्ति सञ्चालन गर्ने केन्द्र नै चक्र हो। लययोगमा षट्चक्र प्रसिद्ध छन्- मूलाधार, स्वाधिष्ठान, मणिपूर, अनाहत, विशुद्ध र आज्ञा। षट्चक्रको समष्टि सहस्रार चक्रलाई मानिन्छ। कमलको फूल जस्तै भावना गरिएको चक्रमा आधार, बीज, कर्णिका, पात, देवता, योगिनी, लिङ्गादि रहन्छन्। यसै कारणले चक्रको स्वरूप फरकफरक हुन्छ। पृथिवीतत्त्वसँग सम्बन्धित मूलाधारचक्र गुदाबाट २ अंगुल माथि कन्ददेशमा रहेको हुन्छ। जलतत्त्वसँग सम्बन्धित स्वाधिष्ठानचक्र लिङ्गमूलमा रहेको हुन्छ। तेजतत्त्वसँग सम्बन्धित मणिपूरचक्र नाभिमा रहेको हुन्छ। वायुतत्त्वसँग सम्बन्धित अनाहतचक्र हृदय देशमा रहेको हुन्छ। आकाशतत्त्वसँग सम्बन्धित विशुद्धचक्र कण्ठमा रहेको छ। मनतत्त्वसँग सम्बन्धित आज्ञाचक्र भ्रूमध्य(आँखिभौँको बीच)मा रहेको हुन्छ। यी सबैभन्दा माथि शिरमा सहस्रारचक्र रहेको हुन्छ। शरीरमा शक्ति सञ्चालन चक्रका माध्यमबाट हुन्छ। विशेषतः कुण्डलिनी शक्ति मूलाधारचक्रमा र पुरुषतत्त्व सहस्रारचक्रमा रहन्छन्। कुण्डलिनी शक्तिलाई पुरुषतत्त्वमा लय गराउने बाटो सुषुम्णा नाडी हो र यसमा नै षट्चक्र रहेका हुन्छन्।
‘Chakra Sristi' deals with chakras. The chakra is the center of action. The six chakras are famous in Layayoga - Muladhara, Swadhisthana, Manipur, Anahata, Vishuddha and Ajna. The aggregate of the six chakras is considered to be the Sahasrara chakra. The chakra is like a lotus flower and has base, seed, gametes, leaf, devata, yogini, linga. Due to this, the shape of the chakra varies. Muladhara chakra,related to Prithvi-tattva, is located 2 inches above the anus. Swadhisthana Chakra,related to Jala-tattva, is at the root of gender. Manipur Chakra associated with Tejas-tattva is located in the navel region. Anahata Chakra related to Vayu-tattva is located in the heart region. Vishuddha Chakra related to Aakash-tattva is in the throat region. Ajna Chakra related to Mana-tattva is in the middle of the eyebrows. At the top of these is the Sahasrara Chakra,at top of head. The shakti movement in the body takes place through the chakras. In particular, the Kundalini-shakti resides in the Muladhara Chakra and the Purusha-tattva in the Sahasrara Chakra. The Sushumna-nadi going through the spine is the way to harmonize the Kundalini-shakti with the Purusha-tattva and it contains the six chakras.
