In this episode we share with you our personal experience of living in lockdown (quarantine). We discuss things like working from home, feeling nostalgic, combating the highs and lows, as well as sending our love to you all during this difficult time. In light of #KindnessMatters for Mental Health Awareness Week, we also chose five objects that are either part of our daily ritual in caring for our mental health or something that puts a huge smile on our faces, in hope that it puts one on yours too.
