Eight years after they opened, we reflect back on what they have achieved, the relationships they've made, and how the taproom vibe fits their vision. Chase from Top Beer Drops joins to talk about the top beers of the week and we talk about local releases that caught our eye. 

Congratulations to Bobby and Brielle of Eskerhart for opening their taproom. In this episode we talk to Bobby about his journey in beer and the move from home brewer to professional brewer. Bobby and Brielle talk about the space that is now affectionately known as the Bear Den - Eskerhart Artisan Ales. Tim, owner of Conclave talks about the brewery with Dan, Dave of Panz_Pour_Page on Instagram, and Jon of Aryabarksbrews. Chase from Top Beer Drops was also in town and joined the conversation. Dan also visits Alias Brew Works, the soon to be home of Two Villains and Muckraker. He talks to both about how they came about their new spot, their beers, and the grand opening next weekend. April 7th is National Beer Day in the United States but a lot of people don't know the story of why. Justin Smith - the unofficial founder and godfather of the holiday - joins the podcast to tell the story of how the date came about.
