I had a great chat with the legend Lachlan Fyfe the founder of Cali-Fit Gyms. Lachlan owns two gyms, runs an online store and has competed on Australia's Ninja Warrior & Ultimate Tag. He is a shining example of someone who has completely turned their life around through finding purpose. I have been lucky enough to train alongside Lachlan over the past few months and cant wait to continue my journey of self growth at his gyms. 

I had the privilege of talking to jazz about his rap career and mental health! Check this shit y'all! 

In episode 8 I had an epic conversation with Joel about his pirate party band Lagerstein. These party pirates  have toured the world with some big names and have some crazy stories from on the road. It was a pleasure chatting all things music, tour life & mental health. 

Ben is Brisbane born and bred, growing up on the south side. He was a national level swimmer, starting at 4 years old until he was 18, played rugby union, joined the RAAF at 19 and did 15 years before getting a medical discharge due to multiple physical and mental health issues. He did three tours ( two to the middle east, and one for Australian border patrol). Served 2 and a half years as a fire communication officer dealing with 000 calls and crew dispatch. He’s currently thinking up ways to better help the community deal with the current global situation where its left people out of work etc. 

Harrison is the guitarist and vocalist of the Brisbane based band Liquid Lollipop. We went deep into conversation about guitars, mental health and being a nice human being to others. Please give this episode the listen it deserves.
