This week I had the opportunity to drink a smoothie with Austin based yoga instructor, Zoe Welch. After years of dancing ballet professionally, Zoe found an interest in yoga and pilates due to an injury that made her career take a change in direction. Her appreciation for movement and health has motivated her towards a career in teaching and sharing the joy of yoga and dance with others. She came over to our cute Airbnb in Austin and drank a smoothie from Juiceland with us to chat about the WHY'S of yoga!!!!
