    Ani's Career storyAni tells a fascinating story, starting with a degree in banking and finance in Bulgaria, Ani worked her way up to be the COO at Citi Bank in Hong Kong. Just a few years ago Ani took the leap and now has a portfolio career – she’s a board member, founder, change advisor, investor, podcaster and coach. Wow, what else does she have time for!     A practitioner member of the Association for Business Psychology, Penny has a BA and Msc in Organisational Psychology, a Diploma in Performance Coaching and is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Lumina Psychometric Profile Practitioner.
