Think of this as the trailer for the podcast. 

I do a shallow dive into my background, where I am now, and the purpose of the pod moving forward. 

I was 17 years old. Working at a grocery store making minimum wage, pushing shopping carts in the blazing sun and in the dead of winter. 

Not knowing what I even wanted out of life, but knowing that this job, this paycheck, this part of life was temporary. 

One weekend, I got coffee with my best friend's dad. This individual was in real estate, and had made a killing over the last 35+ years. Thing is, I didn't know that until we sat down and he explained what he did. 

That day changed my life. 

I can pinpoint the moment the direction of my life completely shifted, and it felt like the fog cleared, and my path (at least my next few steps) was clear. 

Cut to years later, after many failed attempts to break into real estate, and now I'm working on deals I couldn't even imagine when I was sitting at that Starbucks. 

I'm not saying I'm wildly successful. Not even close. But what I can provide is a perspective from someone who's rejected the typical path, someone who knows the world is so much bigger than 99% of people think it is.

My goal with this podcast is to create an environment to allow those life-changing minutes and moments to occur. If that happens in one person's life, it's all worth it.
