It's all about perception. Do you percieve certain emotions to be "bad" and others "good?" All emotions are beneficial in that they clearly point you in the direction of what you want, need or desire & what you DO NOT want in life. Of course, there is action to take if we'd like to ensure the fulfillment of these desires. But first, lets acknowledge and take ownership of such friends - emotions are your personal, life long messengers.

In this day and age, everybody has ideas to share - opinions, experiences, truths and half truths. The internet and social media now allow us to be heard on a grander scale and that's why individuals must be aware of their own motives in sharing with the world. Our real motives are tucked deep in the subconscious mind and we are often oblivious to them. Aligned souls know not to put on an act or performance simply to attract a following. You truest expression is that of flow, and of acceptance for who you are in any given moment. In this podcast episode, I share why I speak publicly and my message moving forward.
