For my first ep, I am quickly running through the basics of USING crystals: how to cleanse, program and charge! This is the most frequently asked question I get: how do I use my crystals? How do I cleanse, program and charge?
If you have come from TikTok, I am sure you have seen many different videos on this topic, it does get confusing! A lot of people confuse the differences between cleansing and charging, and programming (the most important step in my opinion) often isn't mentioned enough!
