In this episode I speak with a regular yogi at CU Yoga Emma who also happens to be my reiki healer. We discuss how yoga, reiki and meditation have accelerated her journey of healing. Often times we place pressure on ourselves to be a version of perfection so we discuss how these modalities have helped Emma to peel back her own layers and be comfortable with her true self.

We touch on impermanence and the need for an inner feeling of belonging given the nature of life - impermanent.
