I am a lifelong student of leadership and a certified senior HR practitioner with over 20 years experience, who is equally passionate about creating and delivering solutions at the strategic level and servicing the individual needs of my customers.
I have a penchant for leadership, employee engagement and strategic management.
But enough about me, this episode will highlight why you should, and how to align your people strategy to your organisation's strategy.
