To Be In Christ - 2 Corinthians 5:17

To Be In Christ - 2 Corinthians 5:17

In this episode we shall learn from the first part of 2 Corinthians 5:17 that to be in Christ is an important work God planned for us eternity past and actualised it at the cross through to the holy spirit applying the gospel to our hearts as we come under it's hearing. We are made citizens of God's kingdom with eternal security now into eternity.
By God's special grace anyone can be saved from sin and its penalty into God's glorious Kingdom of light. You listening to this message or any such, reading the scriptures and showing interest in God through Christ might mean that God is drawing you to believe in Christ. Believe in Jesus Christ.

    Calling Upon the Lord

    Calling Upon the Lord

We shall discover in today's episode "Calling upon the Lord's name" from Romans 10:13 that, it is only those who have come under the hearing or the reading of the gospel and Christ's faith put into their hearts can call upon the name of the Lord. Calling upon the name of the Lord is therefore a product of salvation and not a cause of it. Faith cometh by hearing. Our natural hearts are dead and at enmity with God so cannot call upon the Lord. After our hearts are conquered and replaced, we see our need for Christ's righteousness. We heap our righteousness and unrighteousness on Christ and take his. As God draws you to Christ, call upon him because of your reflection of his faith.
    Amen

Believing In Your Heart - Romans 10:9

Believing In Your Heart - Romans 10:9

We shall learn from Romans 10:9 that believing in the heart that Christ resurrected cannot be made by the natural man. This is because his heart is dead, stony and corrupted by the Adamic sin. He cannot produce works of righteousness pleasing or acceptable to God.
For the natural man to be saved, he must be one of those chosen by the father before the world began and given to Christ to die for. Such, the Holy Spirit will apply the Word to their hearts as they come under the Gospel hearing. At each person's appointed time, he will be given a new life and become born into the kingdom of God. They will believe Christ from their hearts and begin to live to God's glory and with eternity in view.
    Amen

    Confessing Jesus - Romans 10:9

    Confessing Jesus - Romans 10:9

We shall learn from this episode that "Confessing Jesus" is not a requirement for salvation but a product of salvation because we know that salvation is by grace not by works. Confessing Jesus for salvation was made to Christians. It is therefore Christians alone who can have the same mind with God and tell others about Jesus Christ as God would like us to do.
Devil's admitted that Jesus is the son of God but they did not become saved. Admitting historical fact about Jesus cannot save anyone.
You must become save before confessing Jesus acceptably.

Christ Died For Us - Romans 5;8

Christ Died For Us - Romans 5;8

In this discussion, we shall learn from Romans 5:8 that, God demonstrated his special “agape” love towards us before the foundation of the world. To save these people, Christ had to die on the cross to pay for their sin’s penalty equivalent to their spending eternity in hell.

The holy spirit must apply the gospel to their hearts giving them spiritual lives to become new creatures. The Father draws people and works on their will to believe in Christ. Such disciples God calls his sheep; those the father gave to Christ. Indeed, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Anyone can be saved.

The Wages Of Sin - Romans 6:23

The Wages Of Sin - Romans 6:23

Romans 6:23 declares to us that what we get paid for working for Mr. Sin is Death. This death is eternal damnation in hell, burdening of guilt, shame and moral decay. We are robbed of peace with God. Man's good works, religion and morals cannot save him.

However, we are told that only Christ's work on the cross can save us. God chose a people for himself before the world begun. Christ died for them and the Holy Spirit must apply the gospel message to their hearts, giving them new lives to respond to the preachers call to believe in Jesus Christ and be saved. You can be saved, anyone can be saved.

    Amen
