We have natural tendency to say "Yes" for everything that comes our way. This makes us do things which are non productive for our goals. By saying more "No"s for non productive activities, one can achieve their dreams faster. You should be thinking twice before you say "Yes" for something whether its personal or professional. That way you can justify every hour towards something productive to achieve your Goal.
