    Thomas Mobley, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a dedicated educator and HR consultant with a career spanning over three decades. His journey into teaching began nearly 40 years ago with an opportunity to work on a labor-management training program alongside one of his Miami University undergraduate professors and an FMCS Federal Mediator. He has also co-authored HR and Organizational Behavior textbooks as well as an HR Scrimmage Workbook, a valuable resource for HR students and professionals preparing for certification exams.
