In his book, The Power of Habit, Charles Duhigg explains how 99% of the things we do every day are completely on autopilot. And that’s actually a good thing, because if you had to think about every little thing you do every day, you would lose your mind. But as a freelancer, as someone who wants to build a better life for yourself, it is so important that you think about your habits and curate them to fit the person and business owner that you want to be.

Creating a solid client experience is one of the most important things you can do as a freelancer. Streamlining workflows and processes helps your client see you as the talented professional you truly are.
