When we understand our reality in terms of energy, we see that the past, present, and future are more intertwined than we initially assumed. The energy of events that happened in the past, travel through time and affect us in our present day. This episode is about how that can harm us or how we can use it to our benefit.

Reality is the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to the idealistic or notional idea of them. But did you know you can shift your reality through your perception? The way you perceive things shapes your reality.

In this episode, I talk about reality and how to shift it through your perception. I also share how working on my energy healing has shifted my mental health and, eventually, my reality. Your thoughts lead to emotions and those emotions lead to more thoughts, which leads to a continuous cycle that you might be trying to escape from. You’ll need to put more effort to be in a positive mindset and operate in a higher vibration.



As a child of God, you’re way more powerful and capable than you realize, and you can unlock that power to bend your reality by changing your perception of it.

What makes an item special? Items carry energy that can't be seen by our physical eyes. Items are made special by the emotions they carry and emotions that are created by the energy they put out. 

In this episode, we talk about the energy carried by items and why you should be careful when touching items that don’t belong to you. When touching things, you are not only giving off energy but also receiving energy, so you need to be cautious of what you’re receiving. Don’t underestimate the power of energy transfer.  

Although items’ energy can be repurposed, it’s important to know what items you should even bother repurposing and what you should respectfully not touch. There are some items with deep negative energy that all you need to do is let them go; keeping them is not worth the effort. 

Have you ever walked into a room or been in a situation where you felt off about things? That’s energy, and God has given us the ability to read it, sense it, and experience it.


In this episode, we talk about energy and the importance of reading energy when in different spaces and situations. Trusting and allowing yourself to feel energy enables you to navigate certain situations that could put you in bad spiritual spaces or become huge blessings!
To draw people in, it’s important to do the inner work and put yourself in a position where you’re emitting a high level of good energetic resonance and staying away from negative lower energy situations like hate, malice, fear, lust, and more.

How do you spiritually manifest what you desire? Spiritual manifestation starts with faith or believing in something before it happens – using the power of your imagination. Manifestation comes from imagination. What does that thing look like? What does it smell like?

In this episode, we talk about how you can manifest your desire spiritually by connecting with your spirit and God. Manifestation can bring you to the thing or can bring that thing to you; all you have to do is create pathways to lead you there.
