Going Nuclear with Tucker Stachitas
I've heard a lot about nuclear energy and nuclear weapons, but to be honest I couldn't tell you much about them other than they are powerful in good and bad ways. Satellites and the Stock Exchange with Bryan Byrnes
My neighbor Bryan works on satellites that are literally flying around above our heads right now! And before he did that, he was basically the Wolf of Wall Street. He's also written a book and working on another one. I thought he would be a great guest to have on to talk about a variety of things, and I was wrong. Just kidding. This episode packs in a lot of info but it's fun as I got to learn more about Bryan's story, some physics, and that I could never survive as a stock broker. Bryan will definitely be back on as we didn't have enough time to get into everything he can speak to, but I hope you enjoy round one.

Shout out to the people who saw this podcast pop up in their queue for the first time in months. I'm still here!
Aaron Walsh is back on and we look at the political, diplomatic strategy of "appeasement." It was tried leading up to WWII and we know how that went. It seems to be the strategy of at least the U.S. right now with Russia. What is it? Is it effective? And what does it look like right now?

Counseling or therapy is often seen as a last resort. But I recently started going and wish I'd made this a consistent part of my life for years. In this episode I'll share a little bit of my story, and then also talk to my friend Mike Evans who is a counselor about the stigma of mental health counseling, and what someone can expect from sessions.
