    If you have a glut of green tomatoes - make yourself some delicious green tomato relish. I winged this and it’s fab. 2 cups chopped green tomatoes, 1 chopped red pepper, 1 red onion chopped. Put ingredients in a sieve for one hour to drain juice. Put 1 cup of vinegar, 1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds, 1 tsp celery salt, 1/2 cup of sugar. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Sterilise two jars. Fill jars to top. Place a rack in large stockpot and place jars in and pour boiling water to cover lids. Bring to boil and process for 30 minutes. Enjoy❤️

    Happy Autumn- Let’s Carve a Pumpkin & Roast the Seeds.

    Let’s get into the pumpkin patch - pick a big pumpkin and let’s carve out a funny face. But don’t waste those seeds. Put them in a colander- give them a good wash and pat dry. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Put seeds in a bowl, add 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive), add a sprinkle of sea salt, 1 tsp curry powder, then mix seeds well so the are coated. Put on a baking tray and bake for 25-30mins. Bring out of oven and allow to cool before putting into a sealed container. Enjoy as a snack anytime. These are absolutely delicious
