People who have clear and precise goals achieve success in a short span of time. Monalisha Borthakur is one such example who has proved it through her hard work and perseverance towards her work. She started her start-up ‘Amby Gold Manorama Foods,’ which basically encourages the farmers to form a sustainable ecosystem. She believes that healthy food is the need of the hour and with that belief in her mind she is working to provide naturally grown super foods in the regular meals.
Amby Gold Manorama Foods is a super food producing company. We deal with super food which are indigenous and naturally value added. We actually deal directly with the farmers and we have a vision of creating a sustainable ecosystem by commercializing our naturally value added food products. So, it is basically a community building ‘Farm to Fork concept.’

Meet the young Guwahati duo who Overcame Local Delivery Challenges with Quickdel
Amidst the Covid pandemic, when the whole nation was on a standstill and everywhere situation was out of control. Two youngsters were busy in fulfilling the basic needs of Guwahati citizens. Out of no where their small idea turned into a start-up plan, with massive response. Ayaan Rahman Hazarika (Founder) and Subroto Chetia (Co-Founder) carried out an amazing initiative of delivery services for local enterprises and owners. Ayaan Hazarika and Subroto Chetia are both students. Ayaan is in his final year of Travel and Tourism Management at Jamia Millia Islamia and Subroto is pursuing B.A. English Honours from Guwahati University.
The idea of Quickdel came into existence when Ayaan’s home – baker friend Jakiyyah Ahmed faced delivery issues in her business. She asked for a simple help from Ayaan, to do the delivery part for her business. Ayaan and Subroto were ready to help her, they went door-to-door for deliveries in pandemic with proper safety guidelines.
