Yoooo so this episode is a deep dive into the potential deals available in Miami, FL. I did a little research and now I’m pumped to pursue the next property for me to acquire. Today I’ll share my mindset on why I decided on Miami, why buy a condo, and why it seems to be worth the risk. A common question I get in this regard is: What if the property doesn’t rent? Well, to be completely honest with you, I’m willing to take that risk in pursuit of a really high ROI. Also, it’s simple to work with a property manager to get the home rented out. So 2020 was definitely a year of lessons learned. Do’s and don’ts that will stick with me and guide me throughout 2021 and beyond. I couldn’t be more excited about the growing pains of 2020. But I also reflect on the hardships and mental state of the setbacks of the year. Today we deep dive a few of the biggest lessons I learned throughout 2020 and what I hope you’ll take with you into your entrepreneurial endeavors in 2021. Bottom line .. do NOT quit! Remain consistent in your EFFORTS. Now if those efforts are misguided, you’ll learn how to better guide them soon enough. Keep pushing!

In today’s episode I dive deep into a few topics outlining the importance of cash flow and avoiding the rat race. The rat race is dangerous for those who hate living from paycheck to paycheck. The reason is because you are so accustomed to spending a PERCENTAGE of your money instead of a set value every month. Every month you should have a set amount aside that goes towards your expenses. When your income rises, your expenses should remain the same UNLESS your expenses are going towards buying assets. Now, I know I’ve gone over assets & liabilities over and over but this episode is different because I dive into the mindset I once had with this narrative. PLUS, I still see it plaguing the people I know. This is my way of helping the culture see the error in our spending habits. I hope this helps! We have to start looking at assets that will GROW over time.

YOU have to answer these questions, before getting started because you want to spend your most valuable resource, time, on figuring out how to do one of these.
