Does anyone remember tumblr? We do. 

Our distortion of real life from what social media portrayed started in this wonderful world of myspace and tumblr, but what is it like growing up with so much social media? Over the past 8 years we have mastered keeping up with algorithm after algorithm in Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, Tiktok, Vine, And yes even Tumblr. We encourage you to listen to our hacks in the beginning. You have to understand the ways of growing on instagram have drastically changed, and will drastically change over time. If you are only trying to grow on IG by following and unfollowing people, then we need to chat (thats so 2012). If you don't take anything but this away from this episode, we will be happy:

So you've been told you need to practice gratitude? So do we. 

During this episode we talk through what we've learned about self care, mental health, tele health, and how to stay grateful and positive during isolation. We are documenting how we still have a budding friendship even though we haven't physically seen each other for three months. We tackle issues like mindfulness, what to do when you can't travel, how to guard your mental health. We get real, we talk about why it's so hard to stay mindful daily, and why we can't preach practicing being grateful, since we are still learning we invite you to practice with us. We are looking for persistence not perfection.
