Adrian Stresow is a full-time recording artist, producer, and mix engineer. He was one of the first to release music with Promoting Sounds and toured with Justin Stone in 2019 prior to the pandemic. We discuss financial sustainability, entrepreneurship, stigmas, and mental health among many other topics.

Ryan Thorbjornsen AKA Thorb, is a full-time independent hip hop artist who does all recording, mixing, and mastering in-house. He has recently been featured on tracks with Wale, French Montana, Mark Battles, and King Los. 

Simon Beland, AKA Mindflip, is an independent artist who has transitioned into a full time musician accumulating millions of streams per month. He is a huge advocate for the law of attraction and recently signed a distribution deal with the parent company of Tunecore.

Anjanette Lanae is a BeatStars featured producer, artist, and songwriter who has worked in various aspects of the industry. She was able to transition into music full-time shortly before the pandemic and plans to do it again soon. In addition to working with other artists, she and her girlfriend form a duo Evanae with music on the way.

Joe Warren is the local talent buyer at The Masquerade in Atlanta, one of the biggest independent venues, and a huge advocate for independent artists and the local music scene. We talk about live shows from the perspective of someone who actually books artists and as someone who pursues multiple passions within music including tour managing for The Two Takes.

Rob Puzzitiello is the Marketing Director at Mackie, sponsor of our NTM community and Nick's weekly streams. He has helped us deliver thousands of dollars worth of recording equipment to artists in need and has asked nothing in return. We talk about his journey and what it's like working at a pro audio company in the music industry as a career.
