Just because you're capable, doesn't mean you have to do it.
Operations generalists are able to do a lot of things. But just because we are capable, doesn't mean that we enjoy doing them. We're lucky that we have a wide range of interests and skills to pull from. But it's up to us to take the time to discern what actually makes us happy.
