Today we are so excited to announce our new series: Mental Health in the Age of COVID. Here with us today is Jona Jeffcoat, the founder of Infinity Music Therapy in Southington, Connecticut to talk about mental health during COVID and her experience as a woman business owner in Connecticut.

Jona founded Infinity Music Therapy Services in 2010. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy with a second major in Psychology from Charleston Southern University in 2007. She is also nationally board certified through the Certification Board for Music Therapists.

Rhiannon Morton, the owner of Crhiative Photography in Cheshire, Connecticut, talks with us about caregiving during COVID and her experience as a woman business owner in Connecticut.

Rhiannon became a first time mom on March 25, 2020, and then her husband tested positive for COVID on April 5th.

Today we are continuing our new series: Caregiving in the Age of COVID. Nadine Phillips, the owner of Cheshire Pilates Studio in Cheshire, Connecticut, talks with us about caregiving during COVID and her experience as a woman business owner in Connecticut.

Nadine has been practicing pilates since 2001, and has been in business since 2005. She also has two kids aged 10 and 12 years old.
