Acts 22:30–23:5 Did Paul Have a Fit of Anger?
In this episode I look more closely at the curse Paul uttered against the high priest and suggest that he was justified to be angry and that what he said was in line with God's own judgement.

Acts 15:1–12 No Other Gospel By Which We Must Be Saved
In this episode I search through the Gospels and the book of Acts for statements about salvation in order to complete this sentence: "Unless _____, you cannot be saved." I conclude as Peter concludes that it is by an enduring and devoted faith in God's redeeming work through Jesus Christ that we are saved.

Acts 13:4–12 The Antithesis of John the Baptist
In this episode I try to figure out what Paul meant by "making crooked the straight paths of the LORD" (Acts 13:10). In the process, I make a connection between John the Baptist and righteous living and what it means for us today.

Acts 10 God's Providence in Confirming The Inclusion of Gentiles
In this episode I make various comments throughout the story of Cornelius's conversion. It is amazing to see how God worked mightily to confirm the inclusion of Gentiles—our inclusion—in the New Covenant.
-
Acts 8:4–24 A Steadfast Heart
In this episode I consider what Peter meant when he said that Simon the Magician's heart was not right before God.

Acts 5:1–11 The Line of Satan Continues
In this episode I see in Ananias and Sapphira's lie a continuation of Judas's betrayal of Jesus, and thus the continuation of Satan's line in the church. Am I on the right track or am I off? Let me know what you think!
