    2. Productivity level increases significantly.
    3. Overhead cost reduces significantly.
    4. Work can be spread across time zones.
    5. Your organisation can focus more on primary objective.

    2. Empowers employees.
    3. Trust and loyalty is key ingredient always on check.
    4. explore new way of working.

    Platform/Peoples Strategies
    1. Manage people through a collaborative platform and give people access to express themselves.
    2. Maintain effective communication & training strategy. I.e we meet on a weekly basis virtually.
    3. Alignment of goals is important because people comes from several culture and background.
    4. Make sure the potential for chaos is eliminated.
    5. Ensure your team knows how to effectively use the adopted technology tools.
