For all you big companies...by us (and our trauma)

If your company doesn't pay Black employees fair wages nor do you support the accurate and complete documentation of our history, then you don’t support Black lives. Dare I say you’re only in support of Black trauma. For those new to the movement, being an ally and learning about racism can be exhausting...but just imagine experiencing it. In today’s episode, Amina discusses what milking Black trauma looks like and why it’s important that Black history isn’t a story of just pain and suffering.
