As promised, today I wanted to give you a brief market flashback.
We saw the same trend at the beginning of 2016 through the end of 2016. Basically, it was a seller’s market with heavy buyer demand and low inventory. We saw multiple offers on properties in a short amount of time.
If you had a good agent, they were able to explain the difference between the offers that came in that would get you the most amazing deal.
