There are better ways to deal with depression. Taking your life is NOT an option ❤️
For what its worth you’re not alone
The cries and tears, the bleeding through your soul.

You want to do it ? Go ahead and do it
But remember all that’s ahead, do you really wanna screw it ?

Do it and leave the ones you love the most hurt,
That young boy reading the news and got himself caught

In the agenda that the best way to escape is to take his own life
He could have been president and maybe get his own wife

Start his own family and make plans to change the world
But depression is real he needs you and I to spread the word -
Hey Grandma ❤️ | Words by Peter Pearse-Elosia
I want you to know that I thought of you today. I hope you’re resting well ❤️

Hey Grandma I know it’s been a long time since I wrote to you
Truth be told, life’s been crazy since I finished school.
Remember how I told you I wanna make mama proud?
Well the journey’s been real but I bet mama is proud ———————————————————————————
You’re with the angels now they taking care of you
I’m jealous because they’re enjoying all that I would
People say there’s a reason for everything
The Earth’s wildin’ , wouldn’t have wanted you to feel this pain.

Grandma I remember all the talks that we had
About how I could be successful if I realize my bad
Not close to 30 but they proud of me
Just like the smiles on their faces when I got my degree. ———————————————————————————
How are you Iya, how is God treating you?
He’s been doing a good job here with all these good news
Everyone’s happy we smile everyday
But not the same way since we last saw your face
_____________________________________________________________
Since we are here, let me tell you about my depression
Young man like me with only good intentions
I wanted to end it all I was hurting bad
But I guess you only realize your truth when you are sad. ———————————————————————————
Sometimes I hurt I don’t feel loved enough
Or is this just a feeling that’s in all of us ?
I miss your old knowledge I miss your wails
But here’s cheers to the future, til I see you again ❤️ ______________________________________________________________Words by Peter Pearse-Elosia, in loving memory of a woman I once knew as Iya ❤️
