Tremendous insights into what being a leader truly is
Thank you Craig! This show has helped me tremendously on my journey to becoming a vocal teacher. Especially the first times when I was about to teach a bunch of children I felt so afraid and incompetent. But after listening to the podcast I realized that it’s okay to feel that way and even say these things in front of the people I’m teaching. I still feel afraid and incompetent very frequently, but it just forces me to remember that being a teacher and leader is not being there for my own sake, but being for the people.
Thanks!
Thank you for making the world better place by investing in our leadership and at the same time improving the quality of my life and the people around me.
I am touched
I have now listened 1,5 half podcast and hungry for more. This is good.
