    Now brothers Bill and Casey Jannott lead the company through the digital age with vast libraries of building product information for inclusion into construction projects. ARCAT offers the most extensive, most consistent, and most up-to-date CAD, BIM, and specification libraries available anywhere. All ARCAT specs are available in multiple formats for both MF '95 and 2020 and CSC making it simple for anyone to use.

    In 2015, Connor and Rebecca McMahon embarked on a journey to craft a winery complex that mirrored their personalities and aspirations. Teaming up with Clayton Korte, renowned for their winery design, they envisioned a space that exuded familiarity, exclusivity, comfort, and sophistication.
    The 12,620-square-foot winery complex consists of three buildings: a 6,972-square-foot fermentation and barrel-aging building, a 2,170-square-foot case good storage area, and a second phase hospitality building that should be complete by 2026.

Utilizing an undeveloped half-block previously owned by a local metal recycling company, the newest T3 building––or timber, transit, and technology building––finds its place within this evolving landscape.
