Dr. Shellie Hipsky’s doctorate is an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Duquesne University. The President of the United States of America, honored Dr. Shellie Hipsky in 2023 with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her over 4,000 hours of Volunteer Service!
