Since our last chat, I've made significant changes in my approach to health and fitness that I can't wait to share with your audience. After shedding 150 pounds through intermittent fasting, I've shifted my focus towards building muscle. Over the past four years, I've been tweaking my fasting window to support this new goal, and it's been quite the journey. I think our conversation will offer valuable insights into the evolution of my wellness journey and the intricacies of transitioning from weight loss to muscle building.
